مراجعة مستندات وتراخيص تشغيل الشركة

A commercial-register entry confirms the company’s existence, but it does not automatically authorize every activity listed in its articles. Lawful operations require a licensing map that covers the business activity, premises, employees, and post-incorporation obligations.

Post-incorporation checklist

  • Open the tax file and obtain the tax card.
  • Register for VAT when the statutory conditions apply.
  • Join the e-invoice or e-receipt system when required.
  • Open social-insurance files for the company and employees.
  • Set up an operating bank account and update beneficial-owner information.
  • Obtain premises or operating permits and any sector-specific registration.
  • Register as an importer, exporter, or agent if the business will perform those roles.

Sector approvals

Medical, pharmaceutical, education, finance, tourism, industry, communications, transport, and food activities may fall under different regulators. GAFI’s Investor Services Center may host representatives of other authorities, but the company remains responsible for identifying the correct licence before operating.

Why check before incorporation?

A permit may require a particular legal form, capital, qualifications, premises size, or technical specifications. Discovering these conditions after signing a lease or finalizing company objects can make changes costly.

First 30 days after registration

Week 1: tax, banking, authorized signatures. Week 2: social insurance and employment records. Week 3: premises and sector licences. Week 4: review invoicing, contracts, privacy, and compliance.

Operating without a required licence may lead to penalties, suspension, banking issues, tax problems, or management liability. Do not invoice or advertise a regulated service until the requirements are confirmed. General information based on GAFI’s 2026 guide and the relevant sector regulator; requirements vary by activity.
